• Cancellations made after 24 hours but before service initiation may incur a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the total service cost.

• Once a service has been initiated or completed, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellation by Bruxyaent:

• In rare cases, if we need to cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the service at no extra cost.

Refund Process:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original method of payment.
